With over 25 years of healthcare experience in a variety of leadership positions, Kevin serves as President & CEO of Main Line Senior Care Alliance (MLSC), a position he has held since 2010. Prior to coming to Main Line Senior Care Alliance, Kevin was Vice President of Nursing Home Operations for NewCourtland Elder Services in Philadelphia where he was responsible for the operation of seven nursing homes. He was also part of the executive leadership of SunBridge Healthcare, a for-profit healthcare company that owned and operated over 400 nursing homes. Having held a number of positions in the management of hospitals, rehabilitation hospitals, and long-term care facilities, Kevin knows the healthcare and nursing home industries extremely well. A graduate of the University of Delaware with a Master’s Degree in Health Administration from the Tulane University School of Public Health, Kevin is dedicated to the residents’ quality of life and to upholding the mission of Saunders House and Bryn Mawr Terrace. A resident of Voorhees, NJ, Kevin is married and has two children.

Collin Tierney is the Executive Director and Administrator of Bryn Mawr Terrace. With an extensive career in long-term care, Collin has worked in several major health care systems. Serving as a Regional Manager for SunHealth Care in both Connecticut and the Boston, MA areas, Collin had broad responsibility for the oversight of 22 nursing homes. He also served as a National Internal Consultant on Medicare reimbursement and case management for some 400 nursing homes. Collin served in a similar position with NewCourtland Elder Services in Philadelphia. Prior to joining Bryn Mawr Terrace, he served as the Administrator of the Germantown Home, while retaining some regional responsibility. Collin attended Quinnipiac College in Connecticut, where he and his wife, Terri, lived prior to moving to the Philadelphia area in 2002. His focus at Bryn Mawr Terrace is the delivery of quality services in a supportive environment, emphasizing teamwork, timely execution, exceptional performance and responsiveness to the needs of our residents and their families.
